In matters where the parties are able to agree to their orders about children or property (or both) we offer a fixed maximum legal fee method of charing. That means that a persons legal fees cannot exceed the maximum fee that they agree upon at the outset of their case.
In matters where the parties are unable to agree, Bold Lawyers offers a variety of methods in relation to legal charging. In some property matters we are willing to act on a deferred basis so that you can pay your legal fees at the end of your case.
In contested children matters we are prepared to set a maximum fee at the start of your case that you are prepared to pay for each stage of your case so that you know what your expenses will be at the start of your case.
