Medico-legal reports and Medicare charges
Most personal injury cases require medico-legal reports to be obtained to assess the extent of your injuries. In money you have claimed on Government benefits during the course of your case, such as medicare, Centrelink or WorkCover is repayable at the end of your case

Legal fees are the total amount of your legal fees charged. If the at fault insurer is required to pay you standard legal costs, Bold Lawyers will only charge what the insurer pays towards your costs, plus GST, compared to a firm that can charge up to 50% of your total compensation
